history:
As the youngest and only boy of 5 children, Cody grew up in a state of constant irritation. Everyone always wanted him to do something, from the dishes to "standing there looking cute." Luckily, at age 7, he found something that gave him a reprieve - music. His parents hired someone to teach him piano in order to quell his attitude, and ended up discovering a genius. Later, he took other lessons, finding violin to be his instrument of choice. The child prodigy soon became famous, and started to tour the country. However, fame never lasts long, especially in the face of age. At age 18, he joined a large orchestra and faded into obscurity.
The group didn't really know what to think of Cody. While he had once been amazing, he had failed to improve much from his childhood. Most members hated him, especially his attitude - they taunted him in private. Only one member of the orchestra seemed to really like him - a celloist named Martin. He kept the awkward violinist in the orchestra for quite a while when nothing else would; however, when Cody started to notice he had feelings for the other man, he quickly decided to "retire and go back to college." Looking for some place large and busy to quietly work out his life, he decided on Plethora.
