Not everyone is up for civilized living - here, people do what they can with small living spaces and suspicious neighbors. Conveniently, it has a private fishing pond.
ABC Apartments
inhabitants: Ye Tsen, Yvonne Van Why
Catering mostly to students, these apartments are cheap but safe. Well, as in you're unlikely to find a meth lab next door - there are other dangers in this drama-laden environment.
Tennet Rooming
inhabitants: Abasi Awolowo, "Cupcake" Potter & Elise Potter, Aleksandra Menedov, Nikolai Karchov, Chuck Hammer, "Ian" Moore
Now, if you want to pay bottom-dollar prices for rooms with bulletholes in them, come on over! Due to a lack of quality control, just about anyone can get a room here.
Houses
inhabitants: Cody Bennet, Shihong Tsen, Phillip Cook, Nathan Caldwell, Elijah Carson, Duncan Barclay, Zefirino Kissler
These vary from street to street - and even then, person to person. Plethora Springs has a large variety of housing available.
Earl University Dorms
inhabitants: Tami Whiting
The dorms here are pretty nice - 2 people to a room, well built and equipped with some good quality furniture. There is housing available for both sexes and couples.
